Veggiecraft Farms Pasta: Review & Test Meal

As we get bombarded with ads on Facebook and Instagram, every once in a while I click "Shop Now" and Veggiecraft Farms Pasta was my most recent purchase! As my husband and I get ready for our work trips (he's a pilot and I'm a flight attendant), I like to make meals that not only hold up over a 3-4 day trip, but can be eaten hot or cold as we don't always have access to microwaves or ovens. I'm not much of a recipe girl, I generally take what I have and mix up some sort of meal...thankfully, most of them are tasty! What's in the pasta? Marinaded artichoke hearts from CostCo Kalamata olives from Costco Vegan Tomato Pesto from Costco Organic Green Vegetable Foursome from Trader Joe's  Chopped sundried tomatoes Chopped green onions Cooked Black lentils Organic No Salt Seasoning from Costco Johnny's Seasoned Salt  Taste?  It is a denser, firmer tasting pasta then traditional pasta, and that may take some getting used to. ...

Hi and welcome to my new blog, The Nonjudgmental Vegan!   Let me tell you why I am here and what I plan to share with you. I've been vegan/plant-based (whatever you want to call it) for the last 6+ years and I've encountered all sorts of judgment throughout the years for just being vegan to not being vegan enough.  I've decided to start this blog as a way to unite us in our imperfections!  I want more people to become vegan, but I'm not going to judge you if you're not ready or may never be 100% vegan.  My goal is to get more people to choose to eat more plants over animals, so if you do that, it's a win in my book! Can we all agree this is a judgment-free zone?
